Can I return my purchase and get my money back?
If you purchased through the website, WhatsApp, or another remote sales channel, your right of withdrawal applies where permitted by law. You have 5 business days from delivery to request it. The jewelry must be returned in the condition required by law, with its accessories and presentation elements, where applicable. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer in cases stipulated by law.
How long will it take to get my money back?
When the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund the full amount paid, without discounts or withholdings, within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from when you exercise the right.
Are there products that do not have the right of withdrawal?
Yes, products made to your specifications or clearly personalized are eligible for return, provided they meet legal requirements. The fact that a piece of jewelry is for personal use or that its price fluctuates with the market does not automatically preclude the right of withdrawal.
What is the difference between withdrawal, exchange, and warranty?
These are three different things. Withdrawal is the right to a refund for a distance purchase, exchange is a commercial option to choose a different item, and the warranty covers manufacturing or material defects. The terms of one do not limit the rights of the others.
Can I exchange my jewelry for another one?
Yes, within 15 calendar days of delivery. The item must be new, unused, and unaltered, with all accessories and packaging. Exchanges are subject to product inspection and availability of the desired item.
What if the new jewel costs more or less?
If it costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the difference is handled through a mechanism we agree upon with you.
