What about personalized or engraved jewelry?
They may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. Before manufacturing them, we confirm the agreed-upon specifications with you. They remain covered by the warranty in case of manufacturing defects or non-compliance with the approved specifications.
Can I exchange piercings or other personal items?
For hygiene reasons, there may be restrictions on exchanging opened or used items. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
Are there any conditions for delicate chains and lightweight pieces?
They require special care to avoid pulling, snagging, and strain. If they are damaged, each case is evaluated individually to determine the cause.
Do the products on sale have a warranty?
Yes. Promotions may have special conditions for voluntary exchanges, always communicated in advance, but buying on promotion does not eliminate the legal guarantee.
