All items undergo a pre-shipment inspection to ensure their quality.
LU JOYAS will make every effort to reproduce the product on the website as accurately as possible (we generally publish enlarged images to show the details of the items, therefore, the actual size of the product does not always correspond to the actual size of the item). However, LU JOYAS will not be responsible for confusion or misunderstandings generated by screen resolution and the technical specifications of the monitor and computer equipment used to access our platforms, which may not allow for a 100% match of the color and characteristics of the product, since the display of color and characteristics depends, in part, on the monitor and device used.
For hygiene reasons, we do NOT accept exchanges for earrings, hoops, or piercings.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
- Items acquired free of charge, through raffles, or promotions are not eligible for exchange.
